At Odaa, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $69 to ensure you get the best value while shopping with us!
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is officially in transit to your address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times vary based on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If customs delays occur for international shipments, delivery may take longer than expected.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please note that Odaa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these are not covered under our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
