Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will have already begun processing and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@odaa-us.com with a clear photo of the damage.

Please note:

  • Damaged packaging alone (such as dented boxes) does not qualify for a replacement if the product itself is undamaged.
  • We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped.
  • Delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

  • If you entered an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or reship the order.
